A guarantee of actual mating is made, not pregnancy. If the dam fails to whelp the owner will give notice to the owner of the sire no later then 62 days of mating. A return service will be given to the same stud with out charge. If dam fails to whelp again, she must be tested by a vet approved by both dog owners. Written results must be presented to the owner of the stud. Then another breeding will be given if dam is found able to whelp. A fee of no less than ½ the original stud fee will be paid. No refunds for any reason. All studs are proven & have produced at least one littler, there for this fee is being paid for time spent. A photo of tie will be provided if Dam owner is not present. It is the Dam owners responsibility to insure no other stud breeds the dam, & if DNA proves dam has been bred to another male the Dam owner will take full responsibility. ________

Whelp: Owner of the dam agrees to notify stud owner within 3 days of whelp as to number, sex, and colors of the litter. In the event that only one puppy is born it must be signed over to the stud owner if first pick is chosen. Unless other written agreements are made. Any vet bills to accomplish breeding or deliver pups are to be paid by Dam owner. If the dam causes illness or damage to the sire dam owner is responsible for damages. There are no guarantees of color, size or ability to place in shows for any pups out of this breeding. There are no other binding amendments unless in writing.
